This is a long overdue update.  As you are all aware it has been a very hectic year for me personally, as well as for the post.

I am very happy to say that all of our efforts have paid off and we have finally found a new post home.  It is located at Highway 301 and Ellenton Gillette Road in the Sweet Bay plaza.  We should have the key before the end of September and will begin the process of building it out with the hope of being open as quickly as possible.

Glenn McFarlin has stepped up to organize and coordinate the effort to get up and running.  He will defintely need help from all of us.  It is a big job but we have heard from many people offering their help.  It is very exciting and I can't wait for us to be in there.

We have also had some offers of donations and will still need other things to get going.  If you can help or know someone who can, either with time, money or equipment, please get in touch with me or Glenn.

Don't forget that the December meeting is on the 17th, also at 7:30 PM at our new location.  Don't forget to remind others as well.  Hope to see all of you there.
